Account and data deletion
Delete your
Earnlocker account.
You can delete your account in Earnlocker or request deletion without installing the app.
In the app
Open Earnlocker, sign in, and choose Settings → Delete account. Confirm the request to delete your account and its associated data from our active database.
Request deletion online
Email vukasin.dev@gmail.com with the subject Earnlocker account deletion. Send the request from the email address associated with your Earnlocker account, or tell us which account you want deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted
Account deletion removes your account, linked devices, flashcards and decks, tasks and notes, journal entries, learning progress, focus records, earning and unlock history, synced settings, and usage events linked to the account from our active database.
Retention and subscriptions
Backup copies, where present, may remain until their normal expiration. Information may be retained when needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, as described in our privacy policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google Play; manage that subscription in the store that bills you.
